What is Rainwater Harvesting?
Rainwater harvesting is typically the use of rainwater collected from roofs which would normally run off the roof area and down the drain. Rainwater collected can then be used for washing clothes, flushing toilets or for external uses such as watering the garden or washing the car. By saving and reusing rainwater you can save money on water bills and help improve your Code for Sustainable Homes rating.
DIY Rainwater Harvesting
The range of rain harvesting systems is ideally suited for DIY rainwater harvesting making them easy for contractors and self builders alike. All the kits contain the following components

Rainwater Harvesting Systems for the Garden
The Rain Harvesting Garden system is a versatile solution for garden irrigation and car washing. With 3 tank sizes available the tanks can easily be installed above or below ground.
Rainwater Harvesting Systems for the Home & Garden
There are 2 Systems available for home and garden use. The Easy System is an excellent value package supplied complete with a filter and control. The Professional System is the premium kit supplied complete with a sophisticated Super Rain management system. The Super Rain unit does not top the tank up with mains water, but only uses main water on demand to provide water directly to the appliance, so as not to waste mains water topping the tank up.

Other Rainwater Harvesting Systems
Rainwater Harvesting on a Pallet – This system is supplied in kit form on a pallet for self assembly on site. This is ideally suited for sites with poor access or site vehicle restrictions. The unique self assembly components allow for an extensive range of tank sizes to be constructed.
Oasis Pre-formed Concrete Tanks – For a heavy duty solution the range of concrete rainwater harvesting tanks can be rapidly installed without the requirement for blinding layers of sand or protective thick geotextile layers to protect membrane.
Grey Water Recycling – For ultra efficient water saving and recycling. The Burdens Environmental range of domestic and commercial grey water recycling systems facilitate the recycling of dirty water from washing machines, sinks and baths for flushing toilets or garden irrigation.
