New Sustainable Construction Specialist for Wales & the West
Burdens Environmental are pleased to announce the addition of a new Sustainable Construction Specialist. Ralph Morey has recently joined the Burdens Environmental team and takes on the position of Sales Development Manager for Wales and the West.
Serving the Increased Demand for Sustainable Construction Materials
Since Burdens Environmental’s launch at Ecobuild 2007 the demand for expert advice and sustainable construction materials has increased dramatically. Recognising the need for more external resources in assisting clients with their sustainable construction projects, Burdens Environmental has appointed Ralph Morey as a valued new member of the team.
Ralph is no stranger to Burdens, having already played an integral part to the core products business as an external sales executive serving the Burdens Plymouth and Redruth catchment areas for 4 and half years prior to his new appointment. Prior to this Ralph had 13 years experience in the Civil Engineering and Sustainable Construction Industry, working for Cooper Clarke as a product specialist for their Ecoblock Grass Paving System and their ducting access products. He has also worked for Pipewise (JDP.)
Ralph’s position as Sales Development manager will involve technical support to various sustainable construction projects. Ralph’s skills will aid architects and engineers with their specification requirements and design suggestions.
Delivering Sustainable Construction
Education and training will also be a vital part of Ralphs’ position. Sustainable construction projects aim to minimise the environmental impact of the developers design life but with so many variables in the selection of materials and their impacts, expert advice is a must. With the increasing range of sustainable construction materials in stock at Burdens locations through the UK, Ralph’s support will extend to the Burdens depot network to provide product training and technical support.
Contacting Ralph Morey
Ralph will be based out of the Burdens Environmental offices at Lawrence Hill in Bristol. You can contact Ralph on 07711 771 576 or by e-mail: rxm@burdens.co.uk
