Paul Jennings - Constructing Excellence in Wales

Paul Jennings is the Director of the Construction Waste Programme at Constructing Excellence in Wales. The Construction Waste Programme is funded by the Welsh Assembly Government with the objective of reaching and exceeding the published targets in the Assembly Government’s Waste Strategy.

Paul has been in the construction industry for more than 40 years. He spent 32 of those years working with the Stanger Testing organisation and was involved on site and at managerial level in over 100 major construction schemes throughout the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the Far East.

Subsequently he spent 5 years as shareholder and Managing Director of a Waste Water Technology Company working in the Middle East.
