The “Delivering Sustainable Construction” event held on Tuesday 18th September was a great success. This was the first event of its kind by Burdens Environmental and was warmly welcomed by contractors, consultants, architects and house builders alike.

 

The Event's Aim
To inform industry professionals with up to date new techniques in sustainable construction methods for the whole life cycle of the built environment - from energy efficient products & new heating/ventilation solutions to waste management and building maintenance.

A Perfect Venue
Bristol Zoo Gardens provided a perfect location for the event. Spread over 2 floors there was an exhibition with practical demonstrations downstairs with further exhibitors, lecture theatre and lounge area upstairs.

Programme of Events
A mixture of seminars, practical demonstrations and exhibitors with a break for lunch helped keep visitors to the event entertained throughout the day. Twenty minute breaks between seminars enabled visitors to look around the trade stands, watch demonstrations and network with other industry professionals. Click here to view seminar programme.
