Insulation Boards - Woodfibre
How would you like a product that was made from 95% waste material and that can benefit the environment in its manufacture? Even better, what about that product having performance advantages over traditional methods, reduced labour on-site, simplicity of use and can be used in a variety of buildings and situations? Pavatex boards are supplied with fully compatible fixings, renders and accessories for all types of wall applications. The Pavatex woodfibre system is backed up with full design and installation guidance - ideal for external insulation, they can also be used internally as well.

- Pavatherm: For wall floor and roof applications
- Pavatherm Floor NK: For acoustic and thermal flooring
- Isoliar: For sarking board for overlaying roof walls
- Diffutherm: For an external insulation system and render carrier composite.

NW2 System
For clad walling applications NW2 offers the benefits of adding thermal mass with breathable materials. The results are a system that keeps buildings warmer in the winter via low thermal conductivity and high vapour permeability. NW2 has a thermal mass that would be normally associated with brick or block structures but importantly slows the transmission of outside temperature extremes into buildings known as decrement delay. These delays in temperature changes lead to cooler room temperatures by day and warmer at night. For more information on the NW2 system please download the PDF.

The NBT Pavatex woodfibre boards are available in the following:
- Pavatherm - 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100mm thickness - square edged boards.
- Pavatherm Plus - 60, 80 and 100mm thickness - tongue and groove edges, Isolair surface layer for waterproofing.
- Pavatherm Floor NK - 40 and 60mm thickness - denser, used for floor insulation.
- Isolair - 22, 35, 52 and 60mm - waterproof sarking board for roofs.
- Diffutherm - 60, 80 and 100 mm thickness - square edged tongue and groove board, very breathable and less dense.
